Filming on Homewood

Starting in the early 1990's, the 1600 block of Homewood was used for many film productions. Those productions became so frequent they became significant concern to a majority of residents living on the street.

In 1994, a group of Homewood residents organized an effort to put reasonable restraints on the number of productions. They produced a petition, obtained signatures from  a majority of Homewood residents and approached both the Altadena Town Council and the County Supervisor for relief. In the process they produced a lot of correspondence, and a bit of news.
