FilmLA Director of Permit Operations apologizes for permit

Josh Mingo, Director of Permit Operations at FilmLA has responded to my questions about compliance with Homewood Special Filming Conditions. Apparently film permit F001011945 was issued as an oversight. He extends his apologies. See below:
